I really enjoyed this video. Processing the carp from catching all the way to eating was amazing to see. All my life I have been canning fruits, jams, jellies, pickles and all sorts of veggies but never meat or fish. In another time I may try but under the circumstances here it is not possible for me to do much canning. We do not have access to mason jars and I have no idea when that will be possible. So in the meantime, I will live vicariously through your videos. Thanks for sharing them!
