I’m convinced, a large part of the medical school process is to make it close to unbearable via sleep deprivation, overwork, & psychological manipulation. That way they weed out the good people who actually want to help others, & they retain the greediest most ambitious sociopathic people who end up running the system.

I spent a few years working with surgeons as a surgical tech. Was all about the 💰 for them.
