I am lucky to have some really beautiful purple Nettle growing right outside my door. My dog clearly appreciates these beauties.
I first tried using Wild Nettle to try to help with some mites awhile back. My plants responded really really well. So I have been occasionally foliar spraying and soil feeding with a Nettle an aloe tea ever since. Of all the things I feed with, my plants get the perkiest after this tea by far.
I put a couple Nettle tops in a blender with fresh organic aloe & warm bubbled water.
Then add to about 4 gallons of warm bubbly water for 30 minutes to an hour. Smells so so fresh & amazing. Your nose knows when things are good.
& here is the bed that got the tea today, full of clovers, green manure, & all sorts of bugs & worms

I keep as appliance free as possible. I have lights, fans, & ventilation. No ac no dehumidifier, no humidifier. I get a little help from my house furnace but have a nice balance of lights and air going. When it gets really hot outside I have to get clever but then I can have plants outside as well!
Who is getting ready for the outdoor season??? I鈥檓 excited!!
