Good morning Hivers!

Since we had the all souls celebration,it made me feel so sad remembering the lost of my father too soon. He was too young at 34 years old when God took him to heaven. It was December 26, 2004 night when we had our Christmas party. He enjoyed the party and for the first time in my life he sang a song and he himself offered to sing that kind of song dedicated to us all. It was the party of the establishment where he worked as electrician and maintaining a while building of poultry with chicken owned by his boss but the benefits after the chicken maturity of 35 days would be divided between them. All the financial support were from the boss and he just taking care the chicks until fully grown and proceeded to selling it in the market. That was the first time his boss gave him a chance to earned better and not only as maintenance of the farm. Supposed to be a big deal that was only given to his boss family members but because my father was working with them since 12 years old,he was given that opportunity.

He is my father who died 34 years young and I was 14 years old. 22 years of having no father. And 29 years my mother away from me but she supportede in everything.

But sad to say, before the maturity of the chicken to be sold , he died by cardiac arrest. After the party where he sang Bohemian Rhapsody,we said goodbye. He drank that time and it was far beyond our expectation that would be the last night we were together. We were just two of us since my mother was not around us. He complained of his headache and was the migraine he had since then. He took ponstan tablet to eased the pain. We slept together and he woke me up to tell the company driver to bring him to the doctor.

Our location , the farm was too far from the city. The bank house we lived near the poultry we worked was a distance to the main building where the truck parked. He walked and went up to the 10 wheeler truck where sometimes he drove. I was grateful that my driver, the brother of our boss was so good to us. We traveled from the mountain to the Davao City midnight. Along our way,my father talked to me many things and he stopped talking and I felt his head in my shoulder and his arm wrapped my body became losed. He embraced me tight when we were still in the mountain. I heard his pain and agony and saw his eyes closed. Upon reaching the city, his embraced was losing. His hand was out in my body but I just thought, he fall asleep. He could no longer walked going down the truck ,so people working in the hospital helped him out and all of the sudden end, so sad Doctor declared him dead on arrival.

I cried, the trauma that time I won't forget until now. That is why I want myself to be with my kids but someday I need to work far away from home because of poverty. In preparation for the future of daughter, Im always praying that He will guide me.

For my papa in heaven, I'm always praying and asking his guidance to me. I badly miss my parent.

Thank you for reading and support!
