From deplorable parents who starve their children and allow them to die of thirst, to spending millions on an investigation to find NOTHING, the Mainstream Media reports on feefees, not facts. The clickbait headlines entice you with outrage, sorrow, and virtue signaling, then lead you through "orange man bad" rhetoric, until eventually - if you're lucky - dropping the facts of the story. Most don't read that far. Most don't doubt or research further. They are literally banking on your laziness.
...and they're in bed with the government, the banks, and the monopoly social media platforms. If they can't compete, they deplatform.
Sadly, the only thing that would truly compete is GOOD JOURNALISM, but they're just not interested in that anymore.
