You are correct @theia7! The WIT payout is calculated separately from the CCC delegation payout. 1 staked WIT = 1 CCC x .28 / 52 = 28 percent APR paid in CCC for each staked WIT, if you delegate at least 10,000 CCC to the Creative Coin Fund.
