I am trying to improve the upvote system and have slowly been adding more NeoxAg. I should have been more agressive with my purchasing but that was my mistake. I still have around 900 Steem I'm trying to convert into tokens. We are sitting at just under 50k power for NeoxAg and hopefully can keep pushing that upwards. NeoxAg is also in the process of changing to 60% PoB so our vote size should be increasing quite a bit this week. I am also considering pulling in another 10k outside delegation for a further boost.

I've also been trying to stay on top of the voting, I don't really have a great solution at the moment but I believe you should be set at 2 100% upvotes per day right now. I also think I might tweak some settings so that it's possible for our bigger members to receive votes on some comments each day as well.

I will be exploring a few different avenues to try and get some more exposure for the project this week. If people aren't interested in buying and selling the tokens, the market will remain weak. I've been trying to stay out of the KITTENS market to make sure the value is not being set by me. My goal remains to try and give KITTENS a value of 1 Steem each by offering in trades of KITTENS for CATS.
