Yes, they seem to really hate people living off grid, since they slip out of their controlling grasp that way, not able to be black mailed by governments, since off grid people have everything and produce everything they need. Can't be threatened with denied access to essentials by "Get the jab or else". Can't get kicked out of a rented flat or house, living safely in the middle of nowhere on your own property.

That's the threat they actually mean... Just like all narcissistic and sociopathic abusers, they don't like losing control over anything or anyone, even if it's just one single person. They always want everything and more. They most likely also hate that it could inspire others to do the same.

Seems to be quite common in various countries all over the world to simply label people as something dangerous. Gaslighting, slander, dehumanization and lying.

I made the mistake to always think it would be impossible to get enough money together to buy land and build a home on it, even if it's a container or camper in the beginning, or buy land with a little home on it, start growing food and have all the necessities to stay alive. All I can do is try to at least get out of the city with my husband and 4 cats, have a spot to grow food somewhere, even if it's an allotment garden. I hope I can save up some money until next spring to do this. Though who knows how harsh the restrictions will be by then, even in my country.
