Golem Overlord is an Idle hive game with strategy-based gameplay. I started playing this game in the April month of the year 2023. On the first day of my gameplay, I tried to understand the game very well. I first went through the Whitepaper of the game (FAQ) and read it completely. To start any blockchain game, I prefer to check the FAQ page first. This will really help to understand the game and we can play smartly to progress faster in the game. The Golem Overlord is an entertaining and fun game. I enjoy playing this game and making strategies every day to become a stronger Golemancer.

The best thing about Golem Overlord is that we don't need to give much time to play it. This is an idle game, so we have to focus on upgrading our skills and level. We can claim earned part tokens every 8hr. We can attack players for extra loot. If you don't want to be attacked then you have to upgrade your skill (Fortification).

Initially, my stats were too low compared to other players. Then I worked on my gameplay and upgraded my stats nearly every day. Sometimes I took the opportunity of price drop and grabbed PART tokens at cheaper prices to upgrade my stats. That's how I upgraded my stats way too faster.

You can clearly see that my Fortification level is 15 which is higher than any other stats. From the beginning, my first priority is to upgrade Fortification. I tried to balance my all stats for strength and defense. Recently I burned my XP for Prestige, hence my Prestige is at 1. Prestige 1 gives us a 10% Maximum stash. (I am not sure, but I think that it gives us extra bonus on our PART claim.)

Now you can see my account stats from the below screenshot. In the last 24hr, I have burned 177 PART tokens. My rating in the game is 1846 and my rank is 624.

It's very important where you stand on the leaderboard. If you are on a higher rank then you don't need to fear much about being attacked by others. But for that, your Fortification should be really higher. I want to be in the top 200 players, let's see how it will go.

My Strategy

My strategy is to make myself much stronger as possible as much every day.
I always try to prefer myself before any changes that might happen in the game.
A few weeks ago, I bought some SHARD tokens. Preparing myself for the NFT release in the game. I already have 265 SHARD tokens in my hand. I always tried to gather as many SHARD tokens as I can. It will help me later in the game.
I always tried to keep my SHARD drop chance higher by upgrading Faith stat.
Now, I am trying to focus on all stats and keeping it balanced. As you can see my Fortification is 15, but my power was 12 in the morning. So I upgraded my power and now it 13. It will help me in the battle for extra loot.
I am also trying to increase the Account level faster. My level was reduced because of prestige, but now it's recovering faster.
