Swans, Ducks and Peacocks in the Campo Grande park in Valladolid.

A few weeks ago I went for a nice walk in the Campo Grande park in Valladolid.
In this park there is a great variety of typical park birds and it is always nice to meet them on their way in an urban environment.
Pond in Campo Grande Park
In this green area in the centre of Valladolid, I was pleased to see that there was a pond of considerable size, as it was navigable.
This pond was full of ducks of different breeds and sizes, some of them swimming on the water.
Others were in the process of producing new ducklings. I even felt a little uncomfortable watching the male duck subdue the female.
But seeing the two of them go into the water together afterwards, I think it was a consensual relationship.

Outside the pond it was tender to see this pair of swans looking after their baby and having their feathers cleaned.
A beautiful peacock
Continuing my walk through the park I came across this beautiful peacock.
Ever since I was a child, these peacocks, which inhabit many parks in Spain, have always fascinated me with their great colouring.
At first this peacock really seemed to be my friend as he let me get close enough to take pictures of him.
However, at some point he changed his mind and decided to take off across the park to another area.
Specifically, he wanted to hide behind an area of trees and bushes, but I was able to sneak up on him and take this final photo, which I'm submitting to
