My last weekend with the pillars of my life: Friends and Family (WEEK-182)
Hi,
If this were my last weekend I would not hesitate to spend it with what I consider to be the pillars of my life, which are equal parts my blood family and, on the other hand, that family that we choose throughout our lives that are friends.
For the sake of being equitable, I would divide one day of the weekend for each group, because for some reason in the family group I get along in one way and with the group of friends in a different way.
A great day with friends
The group of friends is not very large, but I am almost 100% sure that the gathering would be around a big table in a recreational area to enjoy a picnic.
There would be plenty of food, drink and above all deep conversations and when and as a result of the alcohol we would surely end up melancholically talking about our past battles when we were younger.
How good it feels to have these conversations where one remembers that life is wonderful and how much fun we have with each other.
Well, I sure wouldn't tell them it's my last weekend. I would feel so much pain communicating my absence for the rest of the weekends that seeing them sad would break me more than the pain of not seeing them again.
And as a fun person I consider myself. I would do something strange and funny. Maybe I'd tease them with a toy chick like the last time we got together this summer for a picnic.
A day with the family
With the family I would like to spend a day visiting a place of pleasant memories such as the village of Taramundi.
This village in the Asturian mountains bordering Asturias is an ideal place to spend a last day with them enjoying a peculiar museum such as the museum of hydraulic mills.
In turn, there is a museum of cutlery where live demonstrations of how to make knives is a delight.
At the same time, this mountain village feels like paradise and if it is my last weekend I think it is a good place to have one last good experience with my mother, aunts, uncles and cousin.
I hope you like my plan for my last weekend.
Greetings.
