As some of you might know, I am doing small-time mining. I mine using old Android devices. Some devices don't really do much, but it still give a tiny boost to the overall hashrate.
'New' devices
Over the past couple of weeks I have been handed old devices from friends, and I am now up to 8 devices that are mining constantly. I set up the last device today and it is mining away already.
Besides the P8 lite I have gotten 2 other Huawei devices - P20 lite and Mediapad T5 (a tablet) - and a Sony xperia (oldie!).
The 4 newest devices, according to CheckPool:

Issues
Of course, reaching this "farm" level mining comes with issues.
Heating
Surprisingly I have no heating issues at all. I don't have any fans to cool the devices, they just stay stable at no more than 36° Celcius. The tablets is better and stay below 35° at all times until now at least. Have been mining for well over 6 months, at the very least. Possibly more - my memory isn't really that good 😐
Electric
Now, this is a minor issue. I am out of cables and adaptors now (could use 2 adaptors more for my cables).
I simply have no room for anymore devices to be plugged in. I'll be getting this sorted soon.
Space / positioning
I have the devices laying around like...
Yeah, you get the idea.
I can't decide on how to position them to make room for more and also make it a prettier setup.
I'm thinking some sort of cabinet or similar to stack them in.
