OI File manager allows you to browse your sd card and create directories, rename, copy and delete files. It is ad free and doesn't require permission. But one thing is that the app lacks a big files category.
Proposal
My proposal to OI File Manager developers is to add a specific category where big files can be located and users can simply access and delete them as it will help sort out the files consuming space on the device.

Benefits
With this feature being implemented, the problem of sorting out big files will be eliminated. Files larger than 50mb will be included in the big file category be it a video or song. This feature will make it easy to find and delete these space consuming files especially those that are no more relevant.
