I think vouchers are getting hyped on some occasions where there is a special promotion going on. There were very good hikes in the past and Aggy is keen on keeping it fresh. So, instead of selling Vouchers I would be keeping them for at least 12M packs sold in-game and liquidate them when there is new utilities announced. We yet don't know how Riftwatchers will have a vouchers requirement. I don't think it's high-time buying CL Packs for keeping.
