A walk through my experience as Circuit Supervisor of Education, responsible for ten institutions from kindergarten to indigenous and adult education, receive a cordial greeting of brotherhood, my dear friends readers.
En esta oportunidad me dirijo a ustedes para comentarles que me propusieron para que asumiera una Asesoria Permanente en el Sector Educativo a nivel del Municipio de mi pueblo, esto debido a mi amplia trayectoria en todos los niveles y modalidades, sobre todo en los liceos ya que estoy acreditada para firmar títulos, como funcionaria del Ministerio de Educación en varias instituciones del Estado Monagas, en tal sentido es un orgullo haber sido escogida a nivel nacional desde que inicie mis funciones de supervisión para tal responsabilidad, el cual requiere de una revisión exhaustiva de todos los expedientes de cada uno de los futuros bachilleres a egresar.
In this opportunity I am writing to tell you that I was proposed to assume a Permanent Advisory in the Education Sector at the level of the Municipality of my people, this due to my extensive experience at all levels and modalities, especially in high schools since I am accredited to sign titles, As an official of the Ministry of Education in several institutions in the State of Monagas, in this sense it is a pride to have been chosen at the national level since I started my supervisory duties for such responsibility, which requires a thorough review of all records of each of the future graduates to graduate.
Estoy totalmente de acuerdo con los cambios y nunca me resistiré a los cierre de ciclos en las diferentes etapas por las que me ha tocado transitar y dar paso a otros profesionales, no me cuesta nada continuar orientando y acompañando desde otra perspectiva; por ello decidí aceptar y ser parte de ese nuevo reto, iniciare con el favor de Dios un nuevo proyecto a nivel laboral a partir de los próximos días del mes de abril de los corrientes.
I totally agree with the changes and I will never resist to the closing of cycles in the different stages through which I have had to go through and give way to other professionals, it does not cost me anything to continue guiding and accompanying from another perspective, so I decided to accept and be part of this new challenge, I will start with God's favor a new project at work level from the next days of April of this year.
Primero debo de cumplir con unos pasos reglamentarios ante el ente al cual pertenezco es decir llevar y entregar la solicitud ante la jefa de zona educativa para mi posterior credencial como comisión de servicios, no menos importante realizar una exposición de motivos del cese de funciones como Supervisora del Municipio, la cual venía desempeñando desde el 07 de enero del año 2016 hasta la actualidad.
First I must comply with some regulatory steps before the entity to which I belong, that is to say to take and deliver the application to the head of the educational zone for my subsequent credential as secondment, not least to make a statement of reasons for the termination of functions as Supervisor of the Municipality, which I had been performing since January 7, 2016 until today.

Estoy llena de incertidumbre por lo desconocido de mis nuevas tareas pero estoy segura que desde estos nuevos espacios se generan planes y propuestas que garanticen un buen resultado desde la Sistematización de la Práctica docente para la transformación pedagógica, agradecida estoy con Dios por todas sus oportunidades y Bendiciones.
I am full of uncertainty due to the unknown of my new tasks but I am sure that from these new spaces plans and proposals are generated to guarantee a good result from the systematization of the teaching practice for the pedagogical transformation, I am grateful to God for all the opportunities and blessings.
Me es grato expresarles que haber sido parte de ese gran equipo de Supervisión Educativa me permitió conocer y aprender de todos mis colegas supervisores y directivos, ganandome su cariño y respeto y entendiendo a cada quien con sus diferentes caracteres y estrategias metodológicas desde la territorialidad, desde el contexto social, comunitario, familiar y más aún desde lo humano, fue interesante vivir y sentir sus acciones educativas.
I am pleased to tell you that being part of this great team of Educational Supervision allowed me to know and learn from all my colleagues, supervisors and directors, gaining their affection and respect and understanding each one with their different characters and methodological strategies from the territoriality, from the social, community, family and even more from the human context, it was interesting to live and feel their educational actions.
Cabe resaltar que en medio de mis funciones vivimos una pandemia la cual lamentablemente acabó con la vida de muchos compañeros, representantes y estudiantes y nunca nos detuvimos, continuamos acatando los lineamientos del Ministerio y cumpliendo con el Programa a distancia establecido por el Ministerio de Educación y Salud al tiempo que se verifica el cumplimiento del mismo a través de visitas regulares a las comunidades donde se encuentran los centros educativos ya que todos se encuentran en sitios rurales y por ende los hogares de los niños, niñas y adolescentes.
It should be noted that in the midst of my duties we lived through a pandemic which unfortunately killed many colleagues, representatives and students and we never stopped, we continue to abide by the guidelines of the Ministry and comply with the distance program established by the Ministry of Education and Health while verifying compliance through regular visits to the communities where the schools are located since all are located in rural areas and therefore the homes of children and adolescents.
De igual manera los directores y su colectivo de los 10 planteles se encontraban desplegados por las comunidades y orientando de forma directa a todo aquel que lo necesitara de acuerdo a su realidad, la atención siempre fue cumpliendo con normas de higiene y bioseguridad para el resguardo de maestros, estudiantes y familia, es importante decir que hoy en día se cumplen las actividades escolares de forma semi presencial.
Likewise, the directors and their staff of the 10 schools were deployed in the communities and provided direct guidance to anyone who needed it according to their reality, the attention was always in compliance with hygiene and biosafety standards for the protection of teachers, students and family, it is important to say that nowadays school activities are carried out in a semi face-to-face manner.
Sin embargo desde mi óptica hay muchas cosas que revisar y corregir, sugiero no dejar de hacerlo, nuestro país Venezuela lo reclama y lo requiere, creo firmemente que para concretar la transformación pedagógica se deben abordar los procesos formativos desde los colegios e instituciones de media general y técnica, desde su realidad, en contacto permanente con nuestros directores, docentes y especialmente con los y las estudiantes, con todo el personal que hace vida en el entorno educativo y con cada uno de los sectores, punto y círculo; participar en su organización, guiar su funcionamiento y dar respuestas con eficiencia y eficacia, en otras palabras seguimiento y control.
However, from my point of view there are many things to review and correct, I suggest not to stop doing it, our country Venezuela demands it and requires it, I firmly believe that in order to achieve the pedagogical transformation the educational processes must be approached from the schools and general and technical secondary institutions, from their reality, in permanent contact with our directors, teachers and especially with the students, with all the personnel that makes life in the educational environment and with each one of the sectors, point and circle; participate in its organization, guide its operation and give answers with efficiency and effectiveness, in other words, follow-up and control.
Mis colegas son pilares para lograrlo, Dios Todopoderoso les provea de fortaleza y mucha sabiduría para que continúen dando su mejor contribución en beneficio de la educación inclusiva. Desde la reflexión, la crítica y la autocrítica podemos generar espacios de paz y convivencia, en el marco del respeto y así obtener una mejor relación interpersonal, siempre con lealtad al proyecto al fuimos llamados de una manera digna y soberana, con la finalidad de hoy decirles desde otras funciones que continuemos trabajando de la mano, lo que sí es cierto es que, por donde nos corresponda transitar debemos ser humildes, disciplinados, demostrando compromiso y amor por lo que hacemos, con moral, ética en alto y con mucho profesionalismo.
My colleagues are pillars to achieve this, may God Almighty provide them with strength and much wisdom so that they continue to give their best contribution for the benefit of inclusive education. From reflection, criticism and self-criticism we can generate spaces of peace and coexistence, within the framework of respect and thus obtain a better interpersonal relationship, always with loyalty to the project to which we were called in a dignified and sovereign way, in order to tell you today from other functions that we continue working hand in hand, what is certain is that, wherever we go we must be humble, disciplined, showing commitment and love for what we do, with morals, high ethics and with much professionalism.
Deseo de todo corazón éxitos en las funciones que otro profesor asumirá por mi, quedando siempre a la orden para lo justo y para lo bueno, en la búsqueda de una educación de igualdad y calidad para todos.
I wish with all my heart success in the functions that another teacher will assume for me, remaining always at my disposal for what is right and what is good, in the search for an education of equality and quality for all.
