El tema abordado en la misma se basó en las necesidades Institucionales y a través de esta los presentes expresaron que todo es producto de la crisis económica entre otros aspectos y es de suma importancia resaltarlas ya que es notorio y se ha puesto en riesgo el buen desarrollo de las actividades académicas dentro de cada una de las diferentes instituciones, aunque se hacen esfuerzos a diarios para darle cumplimiento a los lineamientos emanados por los entes encargados y de esa manera se destacan algunos problemas que obstaculizan los objetivos trazados.
La falta de transporte, recursos económicos son unas de las principales debilidades es decir, la escasez de vehículos para cubrir las necesidades de transporte de la población. Y a esto se le agrega la falta de efectivo circulante, lo que conlleva que el personal adscrito a las distintas instituciones llegue tarde o no asista a sus sitios de trabajo debido que la gran mayoría vive lejos, pues muchas están en zonas rurales y en algunos casos deben cancelar dos pasajes que cada vez están más costosos.
El Sistema de Alimentación Escolar (SAE) ha disminuido considerablemente la cantidad de alimentos que entregan por ende no se pueden realizar las ingestas que corresponde para cubrir toda la semana; esto trae como consecuencia la poca asistencia de los estudiantes y así el avance de su educación.
La deserción por parte de los estudiantes por no tener calzado, ropa ni útiles escolares, además de la mala alimentación, para continuar sus estudios. Es de hacer notar que antes el docente ayudaba a cubrir algunas de estas necesidades pero debido a la situación actual no se puede hacer. También existe deserción por parte de los docentes que abandonan el cargo para irse a otro país o por buscar otras fuentes de ingreso.
El apoyo por parte de los organismos públicos (Alcaldía, Gobernación, FEDES, entre otros) no se recibe a tiempo y en la mayoría de los casos la respuesta es negativa por no contar con los recursos necesarios para solventar las situaciones que se presenten en las instituciones educativas.
El deterioro de los bienes como, mesa silla, escritorio, estantes entre otros y la infraestructura que también requiere de mantenimiento constante, para el adecuado funcionamiento de la institución.
Otro de los problemas que afecta tanto a estudiantes como al personal es el contagio de paludismo y la frecuencia con que son afectadas las personas. Actualmente existe un brote de paludismo y leishmaniasis, siendo diagnosticado hasta los momento tres docentes, 01 niño inicial, 02 niños de primaria y personas de la misma comunidad educativa que son afectadas por falta de medicamentos. Es de resaltar que en todo el municipio existen muchos casos diagnosticados.
En referencia al problema del agua, el cual ya está solucionado desde hace aproximadamente una semana. Este se presentó por falta del sulfato utilizado para potabilizarla y la crecida de los ríos, por tal razón las bombas tanto de la planta de agua de Monagas como la de P.D.V.S.A fueron apagadas por nueve días, ocasionando esto un caos en todo el Municipio Bolívar., Las instituciones educativa no escaparon a esta realidad. Aprovecho la oportunidad para informar que existen planteles donde no llega el vital líquido desde hace tiempo por situaciones con tuberías o pozos de agua.
La falta de recurso para cubrir las necesidades de limpieza de las áreas externa e interna y las áreas verdes de las instituciones por falta de maquinaria para desmaleza. También incide la falta de dotación de materiales de oficinas y didácticos, equipos entre Es de resaltar que en varias ocasiones el personal docente y directivo cubrían algunas de estas necesidades.
Hay instituciones educativas dentro de los circuitos, que están fuera del área de cobertura tanto telefónica como de internet, esto retrasa el flujo de información sobre el desarrollo de las actividades académicas, y por ende obstaculiza el reporte del municipio.
Lo antes expuesto por el grupo de personas que representa a cada institución se puede deducir que todo influye literalmente de forma negativa en el proceso educativo y en el funcionamiento adecuado de las instituciones que conforman el municipio, mi óptica y actitud estará en marcha para articular con las instituciones responsables y que puedan apoyar o ayudar a mejorar lo antes mencionado.

Blessings to all my dear readers, I would like to tell you that I had a pleasant meeting with the educational sector, for which I would like to share with all of you today, since it was possible to determine that there are some current factors that have been affecting the proper development of the educational process in the municipality where I live.
The topic addressed in the same was based on the institutional needs and through this those present expressed that everything is a product of the economic crisis among other aspects and it is of utmost importance to highlight them as it is notorious and has put at risk the proper development of academic activities within each of the different institutions, although efforts are made daily to comply with the guidelines issued by the entities responsible and thus highlight some problems that hinder the objectives outlined.
The lack of transportation and economic resources are some of the main weaknesses, i.e., the shortage of vehicles to cover the transportation needs of the population. Added to this is the lack of circulating cash, which means that the personnel assigned to the different institutions arrive late or do not attend their work sites because most of them live far away, since many are in rural areas and in some cases they must pay two fares, which are becoming more and more expensive.
The School Feeding System (SAE) has considerably decreased the amount of food that is delivered, therefore it is not possible to make the corresponding intakes to cover the whole week; this results in poor attendance of students and thus the advancement of their education.
Students drop out because they do not have shoes, clothes or school supplies, in addition to poor nutrition, to continue their studies. It should be noted that in the past the teacher used to help cover some of these needs, but due to the current situation this cannot be done. There is also desertion on the part of teachers who leave their posts to go to another country or to look for other sources of income.
Support from public agencies (Mayor's Office, Governor's Office, FEDES, among others) is not received on time and in most cases the response is negative because they do not have the necessary resources to solve the situations that arise in the educational institutions.
The deterioration of property such as tables, chairs, desks, shelves, among others, and the infrastructure, which also requires constant maintenance for the proper functioning of the institution.
Another problem that affects both students and staff is the spread of malaria and the frequency with which people are affected. Currently there is an outbreak of malaria and leishmaniasis, being diagnosed so far three teachers, 01 initial child, 02 primary school children and people of the same educational community that are affected by lack of medicines. It should be noted that there are many diagnosed cases throughout the municipality.
In reference to the water problem, which has been solved about a week ago. This was due to the lack of sulfate used to make it drinkable and the flooding of the rivers, for this reason the pumps of both the water plant of Monagas and P.D.V.S.A. were turned off for nine days, causing chaos throughout the Municipality of Bolivar. The educational institutions did not escape this reality. I take this opportunity to inform that there are schools where the water supply has not been available for some time due to situations with pipes or water wells.
The lack of resources to cover the cleaning needs of the external and internal areas and the green areas of the institutions due to lack of machinery for weeding. There is also a lack of office and teaching materials, equipment, etc. It should be noted that on several occasions the teaching and management staff covered some of these needs.
There are educational institutions within the circuits that are outside the area of both telephone and internet coverage, which delays the flow of information on the development of academic activities, and therefore hinders the reporting of the municipality.
The above exposed by the group of people representing each institution can be deduced that everything literally influences negatively in the educational process and the proper functioning of the institutions that make up the municipality, my optics and attitude will be in place to articulate with the responsible institutions and that can support or help to improve the above mentioned.
