So well said, Stacey, all of it! Her ethical compass disabled - pointing only in one direction, his. I hear a poem in there! If only switching out a sister-in-law were as easy as switching out a muffler.

In the dreaming we go on. I love this: But the soul, it does remember Keeps it safely tucked away In a corner made of blankets Two young girls will always be. My sister at 18 was murdered in 1975. It's

Yes, she is depleted. She tells herself she has the best husband in the world. She posts pictures of him, shirtless, saying "All mine," and sorry if his hotness melts the computer screen. She

Love it! Your "muffled" reply - ok, no need to share. :) he wanted to buy the turkeys while they were cheap. "We" could cook them and put the meat in bags.... What a witty, droll, fun

I did it!! Even set a timer (but of course Kept Going). Could be a terrible thing, or a necessary thing (for me and no one else), to write like this....

Thanks for the English translation! And for posting via Hive. I have yet to get into PeakD or any of the alternatives to Hive. LED lights have rendered many strings of my old Christmas lights obsolete.

Jonadel is a cultivar of apple which was raised in 1923 at the Iowa Agricultural Experiment Station, Ames, Iowa, United States, a cross between the Jonathan and the Red Delicious. It was introduced in

Jonadel, I believe (cross between Jonathon and Red Delicious) is the tree. Great flavor for cooking! Yes, he's been in renal failure for several years now. Might still be Stage 3. Numbers. Who can remember.

Keep moving; keep your hands moving; (I think I sent you this already, Stacey, and you, @myjob) If you move them, knitting, cooking, painting, playing or sinking them into the ground, you send care signs

Oh this is clever! My dad is spending the week in a nursing home (physical therapy, after a fall down the basement stairs). So we got to see him in this "home" with white-haired people shouting

#Removed. Excised, like a tumor. Carol has been cut out of her daughter's life. I'm mad at her too. Niko's words on #boundaries carried a special weight when you posted this. Very timely, very relevant.

Oddly, today, the image does come through at Twitter. Oh the gremlins and glitches of tech and social media platforms.

Ohhh, I love this. All is imaginary, and imagination is all. So why not? Can we imagine away the misunderstandings, the expectations others had for us and the ways we "failed" them, the things

the Facebook share worked (image comes through)

Oh I love these! Every action, no matter how small, ripples throughout the universe and affects all. If you have any doubts about doing something, consider not doing it. Memory is time travel. Travel freely!

Oops, my quote block went fubar. Should I edit or just leave it. Set clear ethical boundaries Also, in sharing via Twitter, your image didn't come through. -_-

Oh how I love this, on so many levels. Niko! I remember when you first mentioned him saying this: Set clear ethical boundaries And who or what did he have in mind; what #lifelesson might have triggered

I should do a new freewrite about these things! Or just a post, for homesteading. Corn Burning Stoves. A fairly recent innovation that is slowly growing in popularity is the use of corn as fuel to heat

#satire alert - the corn syrup "news item" was a joke. We have factories that make corn sweeteners, and the smell is NOT GOOD. I don't know why that is.

No, our dad used dirty corn, a lot of the time, which could explain my ruined sinuses (super sensitive to mildew). The burning corn didn't smell like popcorn or cornbread.
