Hola, saludos a todos y bienvenidos a mi blog. Alguna vez les ha pasado que salen de casa, bien sea a un evento, una fiesta o para una reunion de trabajo muy entusiasmados y emocionados, pero resulta que cuando llegan al lugar te enteras que ya no habrá fiesta o la reunion se ha cancelado, o tal vez has llegado tarde a esos encuentros y quedas como "¿y ahora que hago?".
Tranquilo no eres el único a mi me pasó algo parecido y por un momento, me sentí triste; pero no desaproveché el momento ya que muy poco salgo de casa y decidí hacer un corto recorrido.
Hace aproximadamente algunas semanas en el Teatro la Ópera de Maracay, Venezuela se llevó a cabo un evento de niñas bailarinas y se presentaría una coral de niños. Tenía previsto iniciar a partir de las tres de la tarde. Una amiga de mi esposo

Calm down, you are not the only one, something similar happened to me and for a moment, I felt sad; but I didn't waste the moment since I rarely leave home and decided to take a short tour.
About a few weeks ago at the Teatro la Ópera in Maracay, Venezuela, there was an event for girl dancers and a children's choir. It was scheduled to start at three in the afternoon. A friend of my husband
Llego el día del evento mi esposo no podía ir, así que me animó para que yo asistiera, como no quería ir sola me llevé a uno de mis hijos para que me hiciera compañía. Cuando llegamos al teatro noté que sus puertas estaban cerradas, y habían pocas personas en la parte de afuera. Habíamos llegado un poco tarde, aun asi nos quedamos unos minutos allí para ver si abrían las puertas del teatro. Luego de haber esperado buen tiempo, todo seguía igual así que decidimos irnos a casa pero no antes sin recorrer un poco la plaza.
The day of the event arrived, my husband could not go, so he encouraged me to attend, as I did not want to go alone I took one of my children to keep me company. When we arrived at the theater I noticed that its doors were closed, and there were few people outside. We had arrived a little late, but we stayed there for a few minutes to see if they would open the theater doors. After waiting a long time, everything was still the same, so we decided to go home, but not before walking around the square a bit.
Mientras caminábamos nos detuvimos en la estatua de Simón Bolívar para contemplar el hermoso monumento en su honor que hace embellecer el espacio con su elegancia rodeada de árboles y un lindo césped.
walking we stopped at the statue of Simon Bolivar to contemplate the beautiful monument in his honor that makes the space beautiful with its elegance surrounded by trees and a nice lawn.
Seguimos recorriendo los pasillos de la plaza y disfrutando de un agradable y fresco atardecer en compañía de mi hijo mayor, cuando desde lejos observamos una fuente de color blanco, nos acercamos para verla más de cerca. Estaba llena de agua muy limpia y cristalina.
We continued walking through the corridors of the square and enjoying a pleasant and cool sunset in the company of my eldest son, when from afar we noticed a white fountain, we approached to take a closer look. It was full of crystal clear water.
Un poco mas adelante nos detuvimos para tomar algunas fotografías, y decidí tomar asiento en las bancas de la plaza que por cierto no son muy cómodas, pero permiten descansar un poco.
A little further on we stopped to take some pictures, and I decided to take a seat on the benches in the square, which by the way are not very comfortable, but they allow us to rest a little.
Luego me di cuenta que se nos estaba haciendo tarde, ya que teníamos que tomar un bus para la casa, pero mientras íbamos caminando tomé algunas fotografías que llamaron mi atención, como esta estructura me gusta la combinación que hay entre los dos colores es perfecta.
Then I realized that we were getting late, as we had to take a bus home, but as we were walking I took some pictures that caught my attention, as this structure I like the combination between the two colors is perfect.
Un poco más adelante observamos una pequeña plaza con una enorme y linda estatua. Habían algunos asientos de concreto. También noté que los faroles son muy antiguos, lástima que no le tomé fotografías. El ambiente es relajante y tranquilo con una vista increible porque podemos apreciar la hermosa infraestructura conocida como la Torre Sindoni.
A little further on we noticed a small square with a huge and beautiful statue. There were some concrete seats. I also noticed that the lanterns are very old, too bad I did not take pictures. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet with an incredible view because we can appreciate the beautiful infrastructure known as the Sindoni Tower.
Aunque no pudimos llegar a tiempo al evento, no me puedo quejar porque pase una tarde diferente en compañía de mi hijo y estoy segura que él también lo disfruto al máximo, deseando que tardes como estas pueden repetirse con más frecuencia. En mi mete no estaba hacer esta aventura solo asistiría al evento y una vez que terminara, irme a casa. Pero la providencia quiso algo diferente y pude disfrutarlo y registarlo para ustedes.
Although we could not make it on time to the event, I can not complain because I spent a different afternoon in the company of my son and I'm sure he also enjoyed it to the fullest, wishing that evenings like these can be repeated more often. It was not in my mind to do this adventure, I would just attend the event and once it was over, I would go home. But providence wanted something different and I was able to enjoy it and record it for you.
