[EN-ES] Signal amplifier, made with a can of sausage.
Hello dear friends,** would you like to improve the range of your Reuter or Wi-Fi antenna?**, well here in my post I will show you what has worked for me, improving the receptivity from 2 bars to (4 or 5) depending on the strength of the signal.
Currently I use an individual Wi-Fi antenna that has the card of my PC with a very low signal range performance, it was difficult for me to capture the signal of the Reuter that is more or less 50 meters away.
And with this complement I was able to get rid of that headache, I had already been trying other metallic elements for some time to determine which one worked best for me, and this is without a doubt what has been the best option for me, that's why today I wanted to share with you this alternative for those who have receptivity problems with the network.
I hope my tutorial is very useful that you enjoy it; To make this signal amplifier you will need a can of sausage, a pair of pliers and scissors to cut metal, a drill, sandpaper and a cable cover.
We begin;
Materials:
• 1 can of sausages of 400 grams.
Tools:
• Pliers; we will use it to remove the top lid and hold the can.
• Scissors to cut metal; open the walls of the can.
• Drill; we will use it to open a hole in the center of the bottom lid of the can.
• Coarse sandpaper; to remove the edge of the cut can.
• Black wire; We will only use the cover of this element and with the help of the silicone fix it on the edges so as not to cut ourselves and give a better finish to our antenna complement.
Comenzamos;
Materiales:
• 1 lata de embutidos de 400 gramos.
Herramientas:
Step 1
• With the tools and materials in order we begin, with the help of the pliers we remove the top lid of the can taking care not to cut ourselves.
• Almost always these cans have a factory join line, it is there where we will make the cut with the metal scissors guiding me until we reach the lower lid then its edges which appear dotted in yellow.
• This with the intention of opening the walls of the can and forming a concave parabola.
• This dish is intended to concentrate the signal in the center where the original antenna will be.
Paso 1
Step 2
• We mark the bottom cover with a marker and drill the center with the intention of being able to pass the antenna that we want to help concentrate the signal.
• We help ourselves with the pliers to enlarge the hole.
• We open the walls of the can and sand the contours.
Paso 2
Step 3
• We cut the walls at equal angles and smooth the edges to be able to place the cable cover on them.
• And we stick the cover on all the edges with silicone.
Paso 3
Good dear readers, thank you for taking the time to look at this utility that I am pleased to show you today, I hope that it works the way it works for me, I did it with great care, see you in the next post, greetings and success to all.
