Today I want to show you how to create keychains with a slice of the trunk and engrave them with a hot element depending on our chosen design.
I hope my post is to your liking and usefulness, we begin; For this step by step you only need a slice of dry trunk, a hacksaw and a metal element such as a knife that can be heated on the stove or if you have a soldering iron, great!
The circular size of the keychain will be determined by the choice of the dry branch that is obtained, we can make inspiring beauties with this natural canvas.
I decided to heat engrave a small bird on a branch and a tree, inspired by the relationship that the figures have with the slice of the trunk that we will use as a keychain.
Materials:
• Dry Branch.
Tools:
• Pencil and eraser.
• Hacksaw blade.
• varnish.
• Soldering iron or knife and burner.

Hoy les quiero mostrar como crear llaveros con rebanada de tronco y grabarlos con un elemento caliente según sea nuestro diseño elegido.
Espero mi post les sea de su agrado y utilidad, comenzamos; para este paso a paso solo necesite una rebanada de tronco seco, una segueta y un elemento metálico como un cuchillo que pueda calentar en la hornilla o si tienes un cautín ¡genial!.
El tamaño circular del llavero se determinara en la escogencia de la rama seca que se consiga, podemos realizar bellezas inspiradoras con este lienzo natural.
Decidí grabar con calor un pequeño pájaro sobre una rama y un árbol, inspirado en la relacion que tiene las figuras con la rebanada del tronco que usaremos como llavero.
Materiales:
• Rama seca.
Herramientas:
• Lápiz y borrador.
• Hoja de segueta.
• barniz.
• Cautín o cuchillo y hornilla.

Step 1
• To create our beautiful log slice keychain we will make sure that the wood we choose must be dry.
• We create the design that we like the most and mark with a pencil.

Paso 1
• Para crear nuestro hermoso llavero de rebanada de tronco nos aseguraremos que la madera que escojamos deba estar seca.
• Creamos el diseño que mas nos guste y y marcamos con lápiz.

Step 2
• We can use a hot element, such as a hot knife, but if we have an autin in our warehouse it would be great, since this tool will allow us to create works of art on any wooden surface.
• Following the lines of graphite I carve what would be my figures, I added shadow effects with the same heat generated by the tool.

Paso 2
• Podemos utilizar un elementpo caliente bien sea un cuchillo caliente, pero si tenbemos un autin en nuestro deposito seria genial, ya que esta herramineta nos permitira cresar obras de arte en cualquier superficie de madera.
• Siguiendo las lineas de grafito talle lo que seria mis figuras, le añadí efectos de sombra con el mismo calor que genera la herramienta.

Step 3
• We attach the chain to our new keychain ornament, opening a hole in the upper part of our trunk.
• Finally we can apply varnish or any additive that we have for the wood that works as a sealer and give it that crystallized finish look.

Paso 3
• Le colocamos la cadena a nuestro nuevo adorno de llavero, abriendole un orificio en la parte superior de nuestro tronco.
• Finalmente le podemos colocar barniz o cualquier aditivo que tengamos para la madera que funcione como sellador y darle ese aspecto de acabado cristalizado.
