Hello dear HIVERS community, I wish you a great day! For today I bring you how to renew and tailor our mause to our hand with common materials. This idea occurred to me; as I am currently working with my wife's portable mause as my old mause passed into a better life. Hehe but I wanted to show you how to solve in a useful way. I would like to point out the importance of comfort when working on a computer, when there is no such support when manipulating the mause, our limb suffers the consequence of cramps and fatigue, which indicates that there is poor support, affecting indirectly or directly our designs, for those of us who work with our machine all day. For this adaptation I used a piece of 4” yellow PVC pipe the size of my hand and 18cm of cable coverage to give a good finish and grip to the equipment.

Para el día de hoy les traigo cómo renovar y adaptar a medida nuestro mause a nuestra mano con materiales comunes.
Esta idea se me ocurrió; ya que actualmente estoy trabajando con el mause portátil de mi esposa, ya que mi antiguo mause paso a una mejor vida. Jeje pero quise mostrarles cómo solventar de una manera útil.
Me gustaría señalar la importancia de la comodidad a la hora de trabajar en un ordenador, cuando no existe tal soporte a la hora de manipular el mause, nuestra extremidad sufre la consecuencia de calambres y fatiga lo que nos indica que hay un mal apoyo, afectando de manera indirecta o directa nuestros diseños, para quienes trabajamos con nuestra máquina el día entero.
Para esta adaptación utilicé un pedazo de tubo PVC de 4” amarillo del tamaño de mi mano y 18cm de cobertura de un cable para darle un buen acabado y agarre al equipo.

Let us begin;
Materials:
• PVC pipe section 4 ”15x15 cm.
• 15 cm of black cable coverage.
• Silicone.
Tools:
• Hacksaw blade.
• Coarse and fine sandpaper.
• Silicone gun
• Cigarette lighter.

Empecemos;
Materiales:
• Sección del tubo PVC 4” 15x15 cm.
• 15 cm de cobertura de cable negro.
• Silicón.
Herramientas:
• Hoja de segueta.
• Lija gruesa y fina.
• Pistola de Silicón
• Encendedor.

Step 1
• We mark the equipment on the sheet.
• We make the design according to our hand.
• We cut the mold from the sheet to shape it on the surface of the tube.

Paso 1
• Marcamos el equipo en la hoja.
• Hacemos el diseño según nuestra mano.
• Cortamos el molde de la hoja para plasmarlo en la superficie del tubo.

Step 2
• After embedding our design on the surface, we extend the lines of the drawing to 3cm, which is more or less what our fingers measure.
• We cut the plastic of the tube according to our design.
• We heat up and bend where our fingers will be resting.
• We test the grip on the equipment, we adjust by marking with the pencil where you need to cut.
• We sand the edges and give it a good smooth finish.

Paso 2
• Plasmado nuestro diseño en la superficie, extendemos las líneas del dibujo a 3cm que es más o menos lo que mide nuestros dedos.
• Cortamos el plástico del tubo según nuestro diseño.
• Calentamos y doblamos donde irán apoyados nuestros dedos.
• Probamos el agarre en el equipo, ajustamos remarcando con el lápiz donde necesite corte.
• Lijamos los bordes y le damos un buen acabado suave.

Step 3

• We cut the cable coverage in half with the help of an exact.
• We glue the covering of the cable with silicone where the equipment will hook for greater adherence.

Paso 3
• Cortamos la cobertura del cable a la mitad con la ayuda de un exacto.
• Pegamos la cobertura del cable con silicón donde enganchara el equipo para mayor adherencia.
