Hello my friends, how are you doing? Today I share with you how a toothpaste squeezer is made completely from recycled materials, I hope you like the manufacturing process.
The idea of creating a juicer occurs to me, since it always happens to me that when the toothpaste is running out I have to fight a bit with it to get the content, I know that these accessories exist on the market, but in my country I don't I have seen nowhere, so I decided to do it, recreating it in my style with the materials I had available at home.
This accessory helps us to squeeze all the content of any cream easy and practical.
Hola mis amigos, ¿cómo les va? Hoy les comparto cómo se hace un exprimidor de crema dental completamente de materiales de reciclaje, espero les guste el proceso de elaboración.
Se me ocurre la idea de crear un exprimidor, ya que siempre me pasa que cuando la crema dental se está agotando tengo que batallar un poco con ella para sacar el contenido, sé que estos accesorios existen en el mercado, pero en mi país no lo he visto en ningún lado, así que me propuse hacerlo, recreándolo a mi estilo con los materiales que tenía disponibles en casa.
Este accesorio nos sirve para exprimir todo el contenido de cualquier crema fácil y práctico.
We start the step by step;
Materials:
• 1 ”white water tube; (10cm).
• ½ ”white water tube; (12 cm).
• 3 soda caps from plastic bottle.
• 1 old cd white cover.
• 1 washer or circular metal sheet.
Tools:
• Saw blade (To cut sections).
• Silicone (to join the elements).
• Sandpaper.
Comenzamos el paso a paso;
Materiales:
• Tubo 1” aguas blancas; (10cm).
• Tubo ½” aguas blancas; (12 cm).
• 3 Tapas de refresco de botella plástica.
• 1 cd viejo caratula blanca.
• 1 arandela o chapa metálica circular.
Herramientas:
• Hoja de segueta (Para cortar las secciones).
• Silicón (para unir los elementos).
• Lija.
Step 1
• We cut the tube from 1 ”to 10 cm long.
• We mark a guide line in the middle of the tube and cut 6 cm what will make the slot where the cream tube will be hooked.
Paso 1
• Cortamos el tubo de 1” a 10 cm de largo.
• Marcamos una línea guía a la mitad del tubo y cortamos 6 cm lo que va hacer la ranura por donde se enganchara el tubo de la crema.
Step 2
• With the first soda cap we will make a support between the 1” tube and the ½” tube.
• We glue this support or washer created with the soft drink lid with silicone on the opposite side to the cream hooking slot.
Paso 2
• Con la primera tapa de refresco haremos un soporte entre el tubo de 1” y el de ½”.
• Este soporte o arandela creada con la tapa de refresco lo pegamos con silicón en el lado contrario a la ranura de enganche de la crema.
Step 3
• With the second soft drink cover we proceed to mark the central hole where the internal cylinder of attachment will pass.
• We cut the lid where the plastic of the cream will pass.
• And we shape the corners of the hooking groove, cut and sand.
Paso 3
• Con la segunda tapa de refresco procedemos a marcar el agujero central donde pasara el cilindro interno de enganche.
• Cortamos la tapa donde pasara el plástico de la crema.
• Y damos forma a las esquinas de la ranura de enganche, cortamos y lijamos
Step 4
• Next, mark and cut the hooking groove on the inner tube.
• We present what will serve as a key in the inner tube, we mark, cut and glue with silicone.
• We put 2 screws to prevent it from coming off.
• We glue all the parts of our juicer accessory with silicone.
• We place our cream through the slot and squeeze every last drop effortlessly.
Paso 4
• Seguidamente en el tubo interno marcamos y cortamos la ranura de enganche.
• Presentamos lo que nos servirá de llave en el tubo interior, marcamos, cortamos y pegamos con silicón.
• Colocamos 2 tornillos para evitar que se salga.
• Pegamos con silicón todas las partes de nuestro accesorio de exprimir.
• Colocamos nuestra crema por la ranura y a exprimir hasta la última gota sin esfuerzo.
Step 5
• In this last step I wanted to give you a representative plus of how this accessory can be placed on the ceramic of our bathroom, I used a white bound CD with papier-mâché that supports our accessory and sticks very well to the ceramic with silicone.
Paso 5
• En este último paso les quise poner un plus representativo de cómo puede quedar este accesorio colocado en la cerámica de nuestro baño, yo utilicé un CD empastado blanco con cartón piedra que le da soporte a nuestro accesorio y pega muy bien en la cerámica con silicón.
