Happy day to all the beautiful people of this community, for today I bring you how to make a new and useful complement to carry out our outdoor exercise routines with disused materials.

It is a bracelet where we hook our mobile, in order to always have it at hand and easy access when we do our daily walks for those of us who like this activity.

That is why I decided to create it inspired by commercial sports accessories, but with the difference that we can create it without paying anything. I hope my idea will inspire us to create their craft works.
I just need an old lining, a strap and a blue jean button, I hope my post is to your liking, let's start:

Materials:
• Disused lining in good condition; to place our phone when running or walking.
• Belt; I used an old flexible soft-touch guitar strap, which is ideal for this purpose since it does not mistreat you and adapts to the movement of the arm at the time of the activity without running.
• Blue jean button; this is an optional element, in my case I decided to place it to show an extra rotary mobility, they could just pass the strap through the lining it is totally valid, I chose the pants button because these are very strong, I had to look among my options to create this system and came up with the best option.

Tools:
• Pliers.
• Thread and needle.
• Old bag buckles to go through the bracelet straps; in my case I had to make them because I didn't have these elements, and well I hope you like my step by step.

Step 1
• We use a wide and flexible strap that is strong enough to prevent it from mistreating us and to have that grip on the arm regardless of its movements.
• A cover of your phone in disuse that are in good condition.
• In case you don't have the buckles of an old bag, here I will show you how to make mine, I must emphasize that to create them it has to be with a very dense and hard plastic like you can get on an old monitor or TV.

Step 2
• We measure the strap on the plastic to create the main buckle, mark and cut.
• This will be intended to be attached to the strap and hold the cover of the phone.

Step 3
• We sand the piece to give it a soft touch finish.
• We mark the silhouette of the button on the plastic element or make a horseshoe-shaped cut, this in order to insert the button, leaving the plastic trapped inside.





Step 4
• We create two bag buckles with a thick and strong plastic, we mark where the strap will pass and its limits, proceeding to smooth it.
• We fix the female button on the lining.
• We place the buckles on the strap as I show you and our result is ready, an excellent brace lining for our walks.

Feliz día para toda la gente hermosa de esta comunidad, para el día de hoy les traigo como elaborar con materiales en desuso un nuevo y útil complemento para realizar nuestras rutinas de ejercicios al aire libre.

Se trata de un brazalete en donde enganchamos nuestro móvil, con la finalidad de tenerlo siempre a la mano y fácil acceso cuando hacemos nuestras caminatas diarias para los que nos guste esta actividad.

Es por eso que decidí crearlo inspirado en los accesorios para deporte comerciales, pero con la diferencia de que podemos crearlo sin pagar nada. Espero mi idea nos inspiren a crear sus obras artesanales.
Solo necesité un viejo forro, una correa y un botón de blue jean, Espero mi post sea de sea de su agrado, comenzamos:

Materiales:
• Forro en desuso en buen estado; para colocar nuestro teléfono a la hora de correr y o caminar.
• Correa; yo utilice una vieja correa de guitarra suave al tacto flexible, la cual para este fin es ideal ya que no te maltrata y se adapta al movimiento que tenga el brazo a la hora de la actividad sin que se corra.
• Botón de blue jean; este es un elemento opcional, en mi caso decidí colocarlo para mostrarle un extra de movilidad rotativo, bien pudieran solo pasar la correa por el forro es totalmente valido, elegí el botón de pantalón porque estos son muy fuerte, tuve que buscar entres mis opciones para crear este sistema y di con la mejor opción.

Herramientas:
• Alicate.
• Hilo y aguja.
• Hebillas de bolso viejos para pasar las correa del brazalete; en mi caso las tuve que fabricar porque no contaba con estos elementos, y bueno espero les guste mi paso a paso.

Paso 1
• Utilizamos una correa lo suficientemente fuerte ancha y flexible para evitar que nos maltrate y tenga ese agarre al brazo independientemente de sus movimientos.
• Un forro de tu teléfono en desuso que estén en buen estado.
• En caso de no tener las hebillas de un bolso viejo acá te mostrare como fabrique las mías, debo destacar que para crearlas tiene que ser con un plástico muy denso y duro como lo pueden conseguir en un monitor o tv viejo.


Paso 2
• Medimos la correa en el plástico para crear la hebilla principal, marcamos y cortamos.
• Esta tendrá como finalidad estar sujeta a la correa y sostener el forro del teléfono.


Paso 3
• Lijamos la pieza para darle un acabado suave al tacto.
• Marcamos la silueta del botón en el elemento de plástico u hacemos un corte en forma de herradura, esto con la finalidad de insertar el botón dejando atrapado el plástico en su interior.






Paso 4
• Creamos dos hebillas de bolso con un plástico grueso y fuerte, marcamos donde pasara la correa y sus límites, procediendo alijarlo.
• Fijamos el botón hembra en el forro.
• Colocamos las hebillas en la correa como les muestro y listo nuestro resultado un excelente forro abrazadera para nuestras caminatas.
