As an introduction I can tell you that the Guásimo has been used by our Amazonian ethnic groups as an ally of the health of all the tribes in addition to being the favorite tree to make fire easily by manual rubbing without tools since the wood of its young branches catches fire like a cocked coal; this tree can reach more than 10 meters high from the tree, the bark is used in small pieces, it is submerged in water for hours and the water turns into food mucilage, highly appreciated by our indigenous people, it can be left for more time in fermentation and it grows honey to counteract many intestinal and liver ailments, this plant is boiled when all leaves, young branches, futos and flowers are made of a very beautiful reddish color, in this way it is used in multiple medicinal applications, including: blood pressure control, relieve colic and abdominal pain, reduces blood sugar levels, eliminates parasites, strengthens hair, is an excellent remedy against bacterial and fungal infections, fights cardiovascular cardiovascular diseases, reduces the risk of Alzheimer's since it is an excellent cell protector and is poultice to combat fungi and skin diseases.

The tea from this plant can be easily prepared using the dried husks of the plant stem and other parts of the plant.

Ingredients

20gr of leaves, flowers, the fruit and dried shells of Guásimo;
2 liters of boiling water.

Preparation method

Place the dry parts of the plant in a pot with 2 liters of water, boil the mixture for 20 to 30 minutes over medium heat. Then remove from the heat, cover and let the mixture stand until reaching room temperature. Strain and drink 2 to 3 times a day.

The indigenous Amazonians use the Guásimo juice to mitigate tiredness, since among its properties it is a very strong natural energizer, it is a stimulant and refresher of the entire human body system... in some investigations carried out in Brazil they attest that this plant is a retroviral that is being used in people with HIV, having good results, said research is still ongoing without presumed data... hopefully this is possible and soon they will give us good news regarding the issue for this ailment very fresh green leaves are used liquefied and with a very arduous administration system that I do not know is just a comment to enrich the publication.
