Very important the analysis of this equation, since we can see that both entropy and heat are differential, therefore I imagine that T is temperature which can be a constant, therefore it becomes a differential equation that can be solved by integration.

The third law of thermodynamics is powerful and served humanity as a breakthrough to understand many industrial processes today where cooling and heat exchangers are involved.
