I already read the first chapter and I had the fortune to be able to understand it and to share it within the PH community, in this first chapter as you very well mention it, it is not necessary to criticize neither to judge always that we expect positive and significant results, I am putting it in practice, and I see that in few days already it is giving me favorable results.
