For more than 50 years the Bermuda Triangle has become one of the most fascinating mysteries that has been generated in lake navigation, this motivated by the large number of vessels that during those years have disappeared without a trace, triggering a series of myths and theories about this particular phenomenon, the triangle covers an area of 1.1 million and a half square kilometers of high seas. There are many versions about the Bermuda Triangle and its disappearances, some claim that there is a portal that leads to another dimension and others claim that it is the entrance to the lost city of Atlantis, motivated by this phenomenon many researchers from all areas of science were given the task of trying to elucidate why so many ships and lives were lost during those years. After so many attempts to discover what really happens in this triangle, scientists from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) made an important finding about the reason for the disappearance of ships passing through the Bermuda Triangle. This finding was that when orbiting satellites are positioned or pass through this area they suffer a much higher solar radiation bombardment than anywhere else on Earth. This anomaly called South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA) causes solar rays to approach up to 200 kilometers to the earth's surface generating radiation probes in the low orbit of the earth, this causes navigation equipment to fail and naval accidents to occur in the aforementioned area. NASA scientists stated in a report to the international press that this is a weak point in the earth's electromagnetic field. In conclusion, the myths and legends that were generated for so many years about the losses of the ships that disappeared when passing through the Bermuda Triangle remained just myths, as scientific evidence provided relevant information about what really happens at this point of the globe.
