Greetings friend @mandate, I believe that a company to be creative and thus be able to expand its productivity capacity, companies must go through a series of processes to make the right decision when innovating, one of those processes is to consult their loyal customers about possible ideas that allow them to expand their market, another process should be to conduct a market study on the innovation to be implemented to see how it can impact their future.
