Creative Coin is basically a new kind of crypto (a steem-engine.com token, which basically means these tokens run on a sidechain of the Steem blockchain). The short version is, if you use #creativecoin tag on your creative-type posts, you can earn a second crypto on your posts. You don't have to do anything else. There is a dedicated website that shows all the #creativecoin posts ( www.creativecoin.xyz) and as soon as you post something with that tag you will have your own page there (www.creativecoin.xyz/@thilah) .
