If you are going to go the dtube route, I would recommend just using the upload from youtube URL option in dtube. It solves a lot of the upload issues (dtube just uploads it from youtube) and you get both links in your posts (a dtube video link and the youtube link as well).
I wouldn't necessarily agree with @trincowski that it is looked down on to share youtube links here - that is pretty much the norm actually, most video creators share a youtube link, even when uploading a video to dtube. TBH only sharing a dtube or even 3speak link often leads to issues for viewers as neither service has proven to be particularly reliable in terms of always being able to play the video (a very basic requirement for watching a video! LOL)
A few other notes - dtube deletes your videos after a month or two. For most content creators that is a deal breaker right there, but if you do the youtube upload option at least your post will still have the youtube link instead of just a broken video link once dtube deletes your videos. 3speak doesn't delete your videos, but 3speak is also a 100% centralized private company that is just paying for web storage to host your videos - there is nothing distributed about their video hosting in the slightest, so if the company goes down your videos would also go down. (dtube at least uses IPFS which is a distributed peer to peer file sharing system, but as noted only keeps your videos up for a short while).
