As I promised, here is a part of my hair washing routine. I begin with a pre-poo day before and like I shared previously, I use my homemade black soap/baking soda shampoo after. I am not going to show the shampooing process perhaps in another video. I will only focus on the pre-poo. A pre-poo is a simple treatment you apply to your hair to help with the detangling process. It's called a pre-poo because it is done just before your actual shampooing regiment. This process helps treat your scalp and strengthen hair strands. In my pre-poo I use coconut oil and aloe Vera gel. Of course if you don't have access to aloes you can simply use coconut oil/olive oil. I do not recommend commercial conditioners. I am not saying that there may not have any good ones out there that are strictly plant based and free from harmful chemicals however, I cannot say because I only use that which I can make from scratch. Well...you should know by now that I love aloe Vera gel. As a matter of fact, I just love things God's has place for man in nature. They are simple and cheap. I hope you will fine this video helpful and you will implement it in your hair regiment.
