Time goes by, but i have time now.....for a Coffee, and a Post hehe.
Just keeping it simple, but would like to say whats up to the lovely coffee people here on, our Lovely Hive....how bout that. Its surely been a while since my last coffee post, but i havent forgot about the people that chill here at the Coffee club 馃槄
Coffee Time.....or just Time for Coffee!?!?!
Well, things havent changed much for me, i still work a lot. Its my blessing, is what i consider it. Here at the Sleep Lab, listening to people snore. They dont breathe well sometimes. Or they move a lot. They are tired due to these issues.

Well, the patients of course. I do what i can to get a good study, count these statistics such as number of awakenings. Episodes of crappy breathing (sleep apnea). Number of muscle movements. Thats the typical stuff here though.
My Coffee Routine hasnt changed much either
Here I am at the station, or just the small kitchen here at the lab. Preparing my usual Duck mug. A K cup of some pretty good ish, if i may say. Not as fancy as the other coffee connoisseurs here, but hmmm.
Its called Valhalla Java, tastes supreme, a bit in the middle, not too dark, nor light. Smooth, quality taste i think. Cost a pretty penny on amazon, maybe 40 bucks for a big box of 50 cups or so.
Let me prepare some honey 馃嵂, a solid, nice layer on the bottom, add a dash of CINNAMON, cuz its the Cinnamon Coffee 鈽曪笍 group here lol.
And let errrrr pour.....
But, the time has also come for me to wrap it up, since im having a rough night at the lab. Id keep blabbing but ill save the blabbing for the next one.
