I just checked those plots and while those are not the Hills or Swamps I mentioned... I will sell one of those.

You may have noticed when you filter deeds on Peakmonsters that certain Lands tend to sell for more money.

Here is the "unfiltered" view of all the common plots for sale, as seen on Peakmonsters.

The current lowest price for any land is $11.88 for a Common Natty Mountain (and others).

I have a Swamp or a Hills I would sell you for $11

That is the Swamp

Filtering by "Plains/River/Bog/Lake" you will find the Grain Producing Lands fetch a significantly higher price, starting at $18... and then you see a few of mine for sale :P

If you would like, as I said up at the top, I would sell ONE of those to you for $14.

I think Land will see a big bump once 2.0 is released... but it is a super speculative part of this game :)
