That plus there is only 100 of them and since people bought multiple copies of HTH there are a very limited amount available due to scarcity, price ($1,000) and ownership...
With all of these factors together... it gives an extreme advantage to those who can afford her whorish rate... which is the definition of Pay 2 Win.
However, looking past all of that - if someone plays HTH occasionally, that's fine. They earned it...
When you play it 30% of your games or more... it's a crutch and you'll end up on here if you beat me with Heloise Spam since that's my only recourse lol
