I don't have much Bitcoin but if I did I would certainly be looking to take some profits. I like to take my original money out of a holding but leave the profit. If Bitcoin moves back down (which I expect for the short term) you can buy back in and increase your holdings. If it keeps moving up you still make some on the profit you left.
