I can see the video now. I wouldn't worry too much. That doesn't seem like an infestation at all. Absolutely no need to pollute your plants with pesticides at this moment. It is normal to see critters in soil, especially if growing organic. Now, if you try to contain it but you see more and more, then take chemical action.
