Usually I use the eos-voter to send eos related token to exchages.
But I could not send IQ tokens using eos-voter.

I try to find the way to send IQ tokens from my eos wallet.
The answer is scattellet.

Here is the procedure to send IQ tokens to somewhere;

1. goto http://www.scattellet.com/
2. press @ then change a contract address as everipediaiq
3. press v then change token name as IQ
4. enter the amount what you want to send.
   At this time you should enter three decimal places.

By the way IQ foundation starts to deduct 0.1% of transaction for enhancing service quality of everipedia.
