A Russian airline who was caught bribing Michael Flynn now finds itself under investigation by Robert Mueller. Volga Dnepr a cargo airline with ties to Russia's FSB is said to have illegally transported weapons using its flagship Antonov AN-124-100 aircraft. The shipments in support of Putin backed authoritarian regimes represent a clear violation of the U.N. ban on weapons proliferation.
