The soothing sound of a natural trickle of Highland spring water on the Isle of Arran. This one would have been longer, but my camera fell over. Luckily it landed in moss and wasn't damaged. So I've made it a 26-min pomodoro-length video for a work or study session. Why not read from that book you want to finish but never seem to get to? Or write that introduction you've been putting off? The pomodoro technique is a tried-and-tested method of getting stuff done!
