Im glad she's dealing with it a bit better, i know it can be extremely hard. She's not alone several people suffer with it, like you said people are afraid to speak about it in fear of judgment, including myself.

We do need more discussions around this, your post has inspired me to open up and maybe sometime i'll write about this subject.
