Glad to see such a detailed response from your previous post. I hope you didn't misinterpret what I shared, my comment about "investing in what you understand" was directly referring to your question "why should I power up". If you don't understand the why behind POB, then it doesn't seem wise to power up (unless the desire to understand further is planned). That doesn't mean you can't provide great content and earn rewards for it which you then go on to sell, that's your decision and nobody here has told anyone what to do with their earnings or stake.
There is always advice floating around saying that "you should only invest in what you understand", this is true for powering up and placing your solid support in the platform. Proof Of Brain is not just about creating content and "showing that you have a brain" through your interactions, it is also evident from how you vote and reward others. That is a responsibility that scales depending on your stake size and is something that you can have control over.
This was a snippet of my comment. Not,
You should only invest in what you understand !
After the comments did you decide if you were going to stake or not?
We should try to power up if that possible to not miss the opportunity !
You say this in your reply to @antonym's comment but you only have 8 POB staked yourself. That's why I wonder if you don't see this as an opportunity to stake in the community or if it's just a good platform to share your views on?
We have so many type of people, from all arround the world. How to not believe in this community ? How to not power up for it ?
This was from your reply to @vempromundo and again it leads me to believe that you do want to power up?
So, investing in what I understand could be the most wise thing I can do. By investing I don't only mean powering up, but also by creating content. The time and energy is also investment. That's why you see even those who are taking enough active. The don't just power up and earn profit. They also post, comment and curate ! That's the beauty of this space. We want everyone to participate in our brainstorm !
Powering up just shows the commitment to the platform and reassures people that their votes aren't being dumped back on the market and put into another whales wallet. Nothing wrong with dumping, just as long as people don't lead others to believe that they are staking and then it turns out they aren't (the majority of people don't look into the blockchain data/wallets closely).
RE: This is why to power up POB !
