It makes sense to me. Reasonable age limits and testing requirements seem like a good balance, not banning everything but making sure people know what they're doing. Way more sensible than some places.

RE: Consequences after School Shooting in Austria: stricter gun laws, minimum age for gun license raised to 25, introduction of state-controlled spyware, but also more school psychologists and debate about age verification / KYC for social media.
