I must admit that I like the friendly essence of the original logo, and that's why I challeneged myself to enhance - as always- the apearance of the brand by looking for a sign which communicates better the main function of this tool (searching) without ignoring the cool side of this logo, which makes it looks reliable and competent at the same time.
The logo design a propose is so much more faithful to the esence of the brand, is also able to work very well in different versions and sizes -something that is important on digital devices- and last but not least, keeps alive the friendly concept of the brand.
