93% of blacks killed are by other blacks, but 84% of whites killed are killed by other whites. Black on black crime is a problemas just like black on black crime is a problemas, but guess what in the US your neighbors are usually ethnically similar to you especially when it comes to black people.
The big difference is none of these people are paid by the government to be enforcers of the law and trusted with a weapon and "training". Cops in the US are indiscriminately targeting minorities, that is a fact proven out by statistics. If you don't want to believe the facts then don't pretend to know them.
Crime or murder in the sense that we are speaking of is usually commited by people who are socioeconomically poor, white people on average have more savings and are worth more financially than an average black person, this is due to the fact that blacks were oppressed for 200 years and were enslaved two generaciones ahoand segregated up to the 1980s by law . All the ones shouting that racism exists are the racists : assuming a black man/woman was killed because black makes you the racist ! You don't assume the person was shot because behaving violently towards the cop(s) or civilians, you never assume it's because the person is poor and with difficulties that she became violent....To make it simple : taking race into consideration first makes you racist, even if you claim fighting against it.
