For buying BTC I would recommend CashApp they allow you to withdraw it RH does not but they said they plan on allowing withdrawals in the future. Best part of CashApp when you withdraw your BTC they don’t charge you a fee. I use Coinbase and CashApp as my fiat on and off ramp.
