I agree with everything you said the ones that are in during the start and help build the project get rewarded the most.

I feel like on Hive and Leo there are way to many users and it is hard to get noticed even if you write good posts. As POB is new and the community is still small the people that come over from Hive and Leo have a higher chance of getting noticed and with that comes more rewards.
