[#41719] Ive been working for this landscaping company for almost 2 decades now. This company has been running for more than 50 years and the original owner is considered one of the pioneers in shaping the landscaping industry in the province. The last few years have been quite a rollercoaster. From employee turn over to change in management. You name it. I love working here as I get to do and learn a bunch of cool stuff. However, I feel like its going downhill ever since the ownership of the company has been transferred to the original owners kid. Now its been passed to the 3rd generation of the family and Im more anxious of what might happen to this company. Every time I hear the calgaryjobshop website commercial on the radio where the boss is described as a Dave, it reminds me of the people who are now running this company. Really bad work ethics and seems to treat people like numbers only. I want to get out before the ship starts sinking but I feel bad because Ive seen the company flourish from the fruits of labour of the original owner and the people who are passionate about it. Plus, I have spent a big chunk of my life working here. I dont think I can start from the bottom again.
