I am confused here

I want to ask a very important question here.
I know we need to post unique posts on steemit.
Steemit doesn't support copy and paste.
I do teach people about airdrop on Facebook,
I do type my post myself, I don't copy and paste
So my question here is 😟😟😟
What if I composed my content, post it on my Facebook well, is it unique to post same content on steemit? Or do I need to post it on steemit first before posting to Facebook?
Should I post to steemit alone?
I am confused here.
Another question is, can I create page on steemit?
