When we lived in a different part of town last year, we were able to walk along the waterfront in the evenings. The dogs loved it because there were lots of smells, and we loved it because it was beautiful and relatively peaceful. On this night I brought my camera with me and took a few random abstract shots of the lights on the footpath creating beautiful colours on the water. I am a huge fan of oranges and yellows being in the same shot as strong blues, so this one jumped out at me. I know abstraction isn't as popular as majestic landscapes, but give it a chance! Double-click it to enlarge, and just enjoy the colours and the little waves in the water... can you hear it? Smell the salty air?
:) Cheers
