Great perspective. All hands must be on deck to collaborate and cross function as a team. I agree with the fact that keadership is not meant for a particular set of people, we all lead in our different homes and respective areas. However, some are born leaders, while some learn it and others have it entrusted by chance.
But at the end, what matters is developing the right skills that will help lead effectively and efficiently.
